Survey Preparation
Rigorous testing of all CATI/Web questionnaire programming prior to the start of data collection is standard procedure. Pre-testing is conducted to check the logic of the questions and the soundness of the sample.

All interviewers are fully trained to perform their task according to the standards set by the MRIA and MRA. A high level of professionalism is ensured by our thorough initial training as well as the on-going training that flows from our continuous performance monitoring.
Participants are carefully screened to ensure they meet your exact qualifications.
Code lists are developed for client review and approval prior to being finalized. All open-ended questions are meticulously coded to avoid large ambiguous "other" categories.
Data Processing
