About – Facilities

At the core of TSP’s call-centre is an integrated CATI/Web system for conducting and managing surveys by telephone, online, or mixed-mode. For mixed-mode projects, all data is captured and stored in a secure central database – allowing for quick and easy data compilation.

The integrated CATI/Web system uses the same tools to construct and test the questionnaire. The advanced controls make the most complex skip patterns, selections and randomizations transparent to the interviewer – permitting them to concentrate on quality data collection and thus creating a positive survey experience for the respondents. For web surveys, the option of including web enhancements, such as images, helps in making the survey experience interesting and pleasant. In addition, a mixed-mode project offering the option of completing the survey online at the respondent’s convenience helps to increase overall respondent participation.

TSP’s central telephone facility is also equipped with a complete set of field management tools to ensure quality data collection within the project parameters. These tools allow for automated and predictive dialing, optimal call scheduling, sample and quota management as well as on-line remote monitoring.
